What and how will this impact your association? Join association peers at this session to learn more about the effort to include associations in the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), the Pandemic Risk Insurance Act, and other potential legislative and regulatory changes. Association executives and leaders should NOT miss this presentation! 10:00 – 10:15 am 10:15 – 11:30 am 11:30 am – 12:30 pm 12:30 – 1:30 pm Ms. Barker will review event hotel contracting – past, present and future pitfalls. She will discuss very important particulars including: how to avoid hotel penalties; rethinking your contracting process; and nurturing successful partnerships. In times like this, these are top of mind and absolutely pivotal to your association's financial success. Mr. Harris will review the latest trends in the insurance world -- helping make both association executives, as well as your respective members, be wiser consumers of insurance. Times are changing and it's imperative we stay up-to-speed on the best policies and options for our members -- and their organizations/company members. Adam will help association execs navigate insurance questions for their own members -- creating that added value to reinforce the value of your own membership, very critical right now! Mr. Lowe is always a well-respected and knowledgeable OSAM friend and colleague. This flagship event is one of the most valuable professional development programs solely dedicated to Oregon association professionals who manage small to large not-for-profit organizations. The OSAM community represents sectors including agriculture, medical and healthcare, restaurant and hospitality, accounting and financial services, construction, professional services, and more!
Upon registration on the OSAM website, attendees will receive a confirmation email. The week of the conference, each attendee will receive an email with credentials/access info for the online platform. Please keep an eye out for that important information.
Please note: Attendee scholarships are available. Though we've tried to offer the best price we possibly can, we don't want costs to be a barrier to participating in our program. A limited number of scholarships are available for attending the OSAM conference. For the first time, OSAM will not be offering a formal exhibit and sponsorship package. OSAM is very cognizant of the times we are in and the financial hardships many of our members may be experiencing. However we do want to be sure to extend the opportunity for our allied partners to participate in the conference -- so we've kept it simple -- extremely discounted pricing for all! Individual attendee pricing is listed above; this is based on each individual's membership status (individual member or employee of a corporate membership).
Though we don't have an official sponsor package, we would very much appreciate (and need!) our vendor and supplier support.
